What's included in the booking retainer?
Your 30% non-refundable retainer secures your event date on our calendar and kicks off planning — concept development, vendor outreach and consultations begin immediately.
Do you travel outside Abuja and Jos?
Yes. Travel, accommodation and logistics outside Abuja and Jos are billed separately and added to your final quote.
Can I customise a package?
Absolutely. Every event is unique — we'll tailor any package to your guest count, scope and creative direction. Reach out for a custom proposal.
What is your payment schedule?
30% retainer on booking, 40% at the midway planning milestone, and the 30% balance due four weeks before the event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months ahead for weddings and 3–6 months for corporate events. Peak season dates fill quickly — earlier is always better.
Do you offer payment plans for corporate clients?
Yes. Flexible payment milestones can be arranged for corporate engagements based on the scope of the event and contract terms.
